He has worked closely with automotive, aerospace, defense organizations and research labs across India. Santosh excels at sales leadership, achieving strong revenue growth and building high-performance teams.
Yashwant is an Automobile Engineer, contributing 22+ years of industrial sales and marketing experience. He has successfully driven growth for major tech brands including CAD/CAM/CAE/3D Printing leaders. Yashwant has a proven ability to boost sales through strategic initiatives tailored to corporate needs. He's known for his strong credibility and ability to motivate teams.
Dr. Madhur is a seasoned and distinguished academician with over 20 years of experience in the higher education industry. Holding a Doctorate in Education, four post-graduate degrees, and an MBA in Marketing & Sales from IIMK, her diverse educational background makes her a multidisciplinary visionary. Throughout her career, Dr. Madhur has significantly contributed to the development of many reputed higher education institutions, serving in various leadership roles, including Director, Dean, Principal, Professor, Speaker, and Researcher. Her dedication to education has earned her numerous international and national awards. Passionate about empowering institutions, Dr. Madhur focuses on upgrading students' EdTech skills, developing Centers of Excellence, and establishing Research & Robotics labs, SAPs, and more. Her goal is to ensure every student becomes an entrepreneur or a perfect fit for the industry.
Dr. Jiwan Kumar Srivastava boasts over 30 years of experience in educational administration, HR, marketing, and school and college management. Starting his career as an Education Officer with the Government of India after earning his Master’s in Physics in 1986, he later completed his Doctorate in Physics from JNV University, Jodhpur, and an MBA in 2007. After retiring in 2008, Dr. Srivastava served as Director at TDL College of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow, then moved to Bangalore to join ISME as Head of Admissions. In 2011, he became State Mentor–Academics for Zee Learn Ltd., establishing multiple schools and conducting extensive teacher training. Returning to ISME in 2014 as Marketing Head, he later served as Dean at St. Xavier’s College, Bangalore, until 2022. Currently, he freelances in student admissions, counseling, and marketing.
